The Way Out Mission Team
Dedication. Expertise. Passion.
This is the team that makes The Way Out Mission possible.

Founder / Executive Director
Kenneth Allen
I am Kenneth Allen, a Pennsylvania State Certified Recovery Specialist, Founder/Executive Director of The Way Out Mission. We are a Pennsylvania Non-profit Corporation.
Since my retirement in 2013 from the Philadelphia School District, I have volunteered for various community agencies in multiple capacities such as The Philadelphia Parks Department, Chosen 300, and the Sunday Morning Breakfast Mission to name a few. I am a State Certified Recovery Specialist.
As a result of reflecting back on a rather dark period of my own life and needs at that time the ideas for the services provided for The Way Out Mission were formed.

Assistant Executive Director
Reginald A. Monte III
I partnered with The Way Out Mission because I have a desire to serve people in need and offer assistance where needed. I want to have a positive impact in our community.
My experience is in business analytics and engineering however, I have been impacted greatly by substance abuse personally and in my family.
Something a lot of people don’t know about me is that I love to cook, and I used to be part owner of an event planning and catering business.

Pastor Wei Dupeyron
Praise THE LORD! My name is Pastor Wei Dupeyron, I grew up in Uptown DC as an immigrant from France in a mixed family. As I grew older, I believed that because I came from that environment, I was destined to live the same lifestyle I saw around me.
I committed many crimes trying to sustain drug addictions that I picked up as a young teen. I ended up homeless sleeping in abandoned buildings and an elevator for about half a year.
My wife-who was my girlfriend at the time- went to a Revival Meeting in Africa and came back completely changed. I then realized that only Jesus could do that, that God is all powerful, and that I need to follow him too!

I've since given my life to Jesus, served as a Pastor in the Ministry of Repentance and Holiness for 8 years, and also at Chosen300, doing many missions to help the homeless and people struggling with drug addiction

Chief Financial Officer
Angad Channey
My name is Angad Channey. I joined The Way Out non-profit organization along with my lifelong friends. Joining the organization was something I felt I needed to do after seeing the disparity with controlled substances in my own community. Drugs have carried from the Kensington to the Philadelphia Suburbs where it has made a negative impact on my childhood peers. I owe it to the community to provide help at the core of the problem. As Chief Financial Officer I will ensure that the financial expenditures are in alignment with the Mission Statements of the organization. I believe helping those in need at the core will eventually spread relief gradually and make its way to surrounding areas.

President of the Board of Directors
Nathaniel Allen
My name is Nathaniel Allen and my decision to become actively involved in the Way Out Mission came naturally. The principles of the Way Out Mission are incredibly similar to my own philosophical underpinnings grounded in my core beliefs of service, community, and the inherent dignity and worth of all people. I believe the only way we can begin to solve our biggest problems is by joining together to work towards a common purpose. "Be the change you wish to see in the world." Gandhi

Anjenae Richardson
Hello, I am Anjenae. I have done some volunteer work with Philabundance and The Memory Project in high school. In 2019 during the beginning of the pandemic, I went to Center City and handed out on foot breakfast sandwiches, gently used clothes and toiletries on Thanksgiving Day with an organization Project TruYou. It was one of the coldest days of the year, we conversed and catered to everyone from all walks of life, on the street and in the subways. It was a very humbling experience I will never forget. That is why I wanted to get involved with The Way Out Mission, to be able to meet people where they are and relate to and learn from them. We all have something to learn from each other no matter what their past. A fun fact about me is that I enjoy drawing, painting, just making art.
